Ghana and International Footballer, Mohammed Kudus has made his long-awaited return to competitive football after spending about 237 days on the sidelines due to a quadriceps injury.

The Tottenham Hotspur forward came off the bench in the second half of Tottenham’s Premier League clash against Newcastle United on August 29, marking an important step in his recovery. Kudus entered the game in the 68th minute, giving Tottenham fans and Ghanaian supporters a welcome sight after months without the influential attacker.

His return is also a major boost for Ghana, with the Black Stars preparing for upcoming international assignments.

Kudus will now look to regain his match fitness and rhythm as he works his way back into Tottenham’s starting lineup. For Ghana, his return could not have come at a better time, with the Black Stars expected to count on his creativity, pace and attacking ability in their upcoming fixtures.
